Welcome to SEB’s Institute. By registering for or accessing any of our courses (online or on-site), you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read carefully before enrollment.

1. Eligibility & Enrollment

  • Enrollment is valid only through SEB’s Institute’s official website or authorized channels.
  • You confirm that the information provided during registration is complete and accurate.
  • SEB’s Institute reserves the right to reject or cancel any registration at its sole discretion.

2. Intellectual Property & Restrictions

  • All course materials, including but not limited to videos, documents, lectures, quizzes, recordings, and slides, are the exclusive intellectual property of SEB’s Institute.
  • You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the materials strictly for your personal educational purposes.
  • You are strictly prohibited from: Downloading, recording, duplicating, or archiving course content. Sharing, distributing, reselling, sublicensing, or publishing any materials. Uploading content to any website, social media, or file-sharing platforms.
  • Violation of this clause may result in immediate termination of your access and legal proceedings under applicable intellectual property and cybercrime laws.

3. Payments & Refunds

  • All course fees must be paid in full before access is granted.
  • All payments made are strictly non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-extendable. Once a payment has been made, no adjustments, extensions, or refunds will be granted under any circumstances.
  • SEB’s Institute bears no responsibility for errors caused by third-party payment processors.

4. Student Conduct

  • Students must maintain respectful and professional behavior during online and on-site classes.
  • Misuse of the platform, harassment, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • SEB’s Institute provides all content “as is,” without any guarantees or warranties of outcomes, grades, or employment opportunities.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, SEB’s Institute, its staff, trainers, and affiliates shall not be held liable for: Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Claims, disputes, or lawsuits arising from your participation, results, or use of course materials.
  • By enrolling, you waive the right to initiate or pursue legal action (in Pakistan or internationally) against SEB’s Institute regarding course content, delivery, or outcomes.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SEB’s Institute, its management, trainers, and affiliates from any claim, damage, or expense resulting from:
  • Your violation of these Terms.
  • Unauthorized use or sharing of course materials.
  • Misrepresentation during registration or participation.

7. Modifications

  • SEB’s Institute reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time.
  • Continued enrollment or use of course materials after updates implies acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for a course, you confirm that:
  • You have read and understood these Terms of Service.
  • You agree to abide by all restrictions, especially regarding intellectual property.
  • You understand that any violation may result in permanent access revocation and possible legal consequences.
